Safety and Use Rules
Proper Pit Placement
Keep pit at least 15 feet away from any structure. Place on flat, non-combustible surfaces like concrete or gravel only. Never operate under low eaves or overhangs.
Fire Safety & Supervision
Never leave an active pit unattended. Constant adult supervision is required. Keep a fire extinguisher or high-pressure water source within immediate reach at all times.
Return and Cleaning
Pits must be returned in good condition. Cool ash must be safely disposed of prior to return. Scrape cooking surfaces clean and remove all food debris to avoid heavy cleaning fees.
