INSPECTION
Inspect all equipment upon delivery or pickup. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to CM Pits and Outdoors for resolution.
CUSTOM SALES
Custom-built or personalized orders are final sale. We do not accept returns for custom work unless there is a significant workmanship issue.
WORKMANSHIP
All standard items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with approval. Contact us before returning any product.
SHIPPING
Shipping and pickup costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any equipment to ensure a smooth process.
